Delete your Synk account

How to delete your Synk: Music Together account (developer: CodeRaksh) and the data linked to it.

Option 1: in the app (instant)

1. Open Synk and tap the Profile tab.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Tap Delete to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. If Synk asks you to sign in again first, do so and repeat the steps.

Option 2: by email (if you no longer have the app)

1. Email sundeepgupta027@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Synk account.
2. Send it from the email address you use to sign in to Synk, and include your Synk username.
3. We may reply to confirm the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days and let you know when it's done.

Guest accounts aren't linked to an email address. To delete one, use Option 1, or email us your username.

What we delete

• Your sign-in account and user ID
• Your profile: username, avatar and vibes
• Your liked songs and playlists

Chat messages you posted in rooms and rooms you created are not removed by in-app deletion. Ask for them in your email (or send a separate one after deleting in the app) and we will delete them within 30 days.

What we keep, and for how long

• Purchase records (plan, dates, amounts) held by RevenueCat and Google Play, as long as tax and accounting laws require.
• Crash reports (up to 90 days) and analytics (up to 14 months). These use device and app IDs and are deleted automatically after these periods.
• Recent searches and history saved on your phone stay there until you uninstall Synk or clear its data.
